QUINOA SALAD WITH fooodful “the smoked one”

4 pers.

250 gr of black quinoa
1 broccoli
1/2 a head of cabbage
4 carrots
1 lemon
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Parsley
100 gr of roasted almonds
200 gr FOODFUL “THE SMOKED ONE”

  1. Peel the carrots, and slice them into chunks.
  2. Cut the broccoli in to smaller pieces.
  3. Fry the carrots and the broccoli on a pan with olive oil.
  4. Boil the quinoa.
  5. Slice the cabbage thinly.
  6. Mix the boiled quinoa, fried broccoli, carrots, and sliced cabbage in a big bowl.
  7. Add the chopped roasted almonds, lemon juice, a dash of olive oil, and salt & pepper.
  8. Put the FOODFUL “THE SMOKED ONE” on top of the salad and sprinkle the finely chopped parsley.
