250 gr of black quinoa
1 broccoli
1/2 a head of cabbage
4 carrots
1 lemon
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Parsley
100 gr of roasted almonds
200 gr FOODFUL “THE SMOKED ONE”
- Peel the carrots, and slice them into chunks.
- Cut the broccoli in to smaller pieces.
- Fry the carrots and the broccoli on a pan with olive oil.
- Boil the quinoa.
- Slice the cabbage thinly.
- Mix the boiled quinoa, fried broccoli, carrots, and sliced cabbage in a big bowl.
- Add the chopped roasted almonds, lemon juice, a dash of olive oil, and salt & pepper.
- Put the FOODFUL “THE SMOKED ONE” on top of the salad and sprinkle the finely chopped parsley.
