The recipe makes approx. 20 pieces
300 g FOODFUL “THE SMOKED ONE”
Rösti
500 grams coarsely shredded potato’s
500 grams coarsely shredded parsnips
2 eggs (Or 2 flax eggs)
Butter or oil for frying
Salt & pepper
Graded nutmeg
Finely chopped dill
Lemon sauce
250 gr of sour cream 38 %,
The juice and zest from 1 organic lemon
Salt & pepper
- Peel and shred the vegetables.
- Wring the moisture out of the shredded vegetables in a dish towel.
- Mix it with the remaining ingredients and fry them on a pan in oil or butter. The Rösti have to be crisp on the outside and soft inside.
- Make the lemon sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.
- Serve the Rösti with a slice of FOODFUL “THE SMOKED ONE”, a spoon of lemon sauce, and fresh dill on top.
