FRESH SPRING ROLLS WITH Foodful “the smoked one”

8 pieces.

8 Rice paper sheets
1 cucumber
2 avocados
100 gr Fresh Spinach
2 tsb Roasted sesame seeds
1/2 Bunch fresh Dill
1/2 Bunch fresh Mint
150 gr FOODFUL “THE SMOKED ONE”

  1. Cut the cucumber in half and make long thin slices.
  2. Peel and Cut the avocado into slices.
  3. Wet the rice paper in cool water for 10 seconds.
  4. Put the rice paper on a clean and dry kitchen towel.
  5. Put spinach, avocado, and cucumber slices on the rice paper.
  6. Add FOODFUL “THE SMOKED ONE”, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds, finely chopped dill, and mint.
  7. Roll the rice paper into a tight roll.
  8. Cut it in 2 and serve with a pomelo salad with chili, lime, and fresh mint.
