8 Rice paper sheets
1 cucumber
2 avocados
100 gr Fresh Spinach
2 tsb Roasted sesame seeds
1/2 Bunch fresh Dill
1/2 Bunch fresh Mint
150 gr FOODFUL “THE SMOKED ONE”
- Cut the cucumber in half and make long thin slices.
- Peel and Cut the avocado into slices.
- Wet the rice paper in cool water for 10 seconds.
- Put the rice paper on a clean and dry kitchen towel.
- Put spinach, avocado, and cucumber slices on the rice paper.
- Add FOODFUL “THE SMOKED ONE”, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds, finely chopped dill, and mint.
- Roll the rice paper into a tight roll.
- Cut it in 2 and serve with a pomelo salad with chili, lime, and fresh mint.
